Thus bought from a dealer.If you are placing a factory order you could buy a personalized vehicle for a less price. but you have to wait 2-3 months till the vehicle is coming out of the factory.  If you bought from an auction or a dealer within 2-3 weeks you can get the car to your hands. (depending on the shipment where some ships take 1.5 months and some take 2-3 weeks) Since the LC is open for the name of permit holder you don't have to have a any kinda financial background. for most of the permit LCs bank is giving 0% margin as well. (i.e. you can open the LC with no cost and once the vehicle is shipped and after receiving the documents you can pay the full amount)</blockquote>
