Don't try to compare Buddhism & Christianity bro..Although there are few similarities....Christianity is God centered Religion where Buddhism is not......

I am not try to compare but Believe me some of the core teachings are similar .....So i can say Budhist & Christains just like brothers

Budhism and Christins has 1000s of difference. There are only plenty of parallel things that we can compare.

Dear.. first start the comparison from the Foundation not from the roof.

Foundation of Christianity is GOD. ( How do you define God?)

Where is GOD in Buddhism? Lord Buddha is GOD? there are clear concept of Buddhism that Buddha is a human. (yes Buddha is Human but not a Normal one he is Aweken ) This is why jesus always said to people Awake!!! He wantd all of us to be awaken


While the foundation has far different why need to compare both using the rest?
Foundation means wht? all our same ....... there is only one Truth the Untimare Truth .... but there may be different paths that's for sure

No benifit of comparing helicopter and ship ..

i think that all god-based religions are same. Buddhism directly disagree with hinduism's core which says maha-brahma created the universe. So that, buddhism doesn't agree if u say the god created the universe.

However creator-concept can be changed in this way to be acceptable.
mom n dad is the creator, so mom n dad r the creator-god for children. nature created trees, flowers, seas. so the nature is the creator-god for them. GT aiya created elakiri, so he is the creator-god for elakiri. praba made a war. so he is the creator-god for this war. and so on. so the creator-god is dynamic for me. i'm not forcing u to believe. but face the truth.

there arent laws
some buddhists have been mislead by culture versus the real philosophy, culture is there and its good but buddhism as a whole is a philosophy not only for sinhala buddhists. There are no laws in buddhism or in this world you decide what you do, no one judges you its just you suffer yourself from your mind thats all if you do something knowing its not right, it'll be around and making u feel bad about it for a long time depending on the hardness of the bad thing/work etc. karma is in you theres no one who judges you do it yourself and u suffer by urself thats buddhism, karma is there in almost all religions that appeared around india its just a way of describing what happens after it doesnt say who is doing it to you, till buddhism they didnt know.

after all its all you and you alone - here im referring "you" to the memories that we carry around about our past lives that defines what we are now.
