what is the IQ of a software engineer and a guy who ranked in the 2nd quartile and below in AL ranking, do you think? CIMA is cool for nerds, no argument . A nerd is one, who can grasp a difficult CIMA concept, just by listening to the lecturer but most of us, find it difficult to grasp the same concept even after studying for the same subject twice if not thrice . It's not that we are retarded but simply because we were told by a an idiot at 19, that CIMA is the only road to everyone's success, without ever quoting those statistics that I quoted above. But how many of those who terribly fail CIMA, have the natural, in born talents of financial analysts, mechanics, stock brokers, models/ actors/ singers, sportsmen, marketeers do you think? Shihan Mihiranga too is a human with flesh and blood like us but he became successful & famous at 20, not because of a freaking CIMA world prize, but simply and simply because the guy believe in his natural talents. It's just that if you are not a nerd, then you have caught a tiger's tail, by the name of CIMA, which you can never let go by for psychological, social and economical reasons. But I am proud to say that, I am one who beat that odds and went my way for success . So believe me, there's much more interesting and money earning professions in life, than signing your name at BMICH, every May and November. Regarding your second point, trust me, only in SL, that people are stupid enough to waste money on two unrelated qualifications because they are that insecure inside .
