CityLink modem installation.... need help

Guys I need a help.
One of my frined has a CityLink 4n and he wants to connet to internet.
the cable he has is a serial one.
Can any one help me how to install the modem. there is no driver CD given.

no need of a CD,Serial have Some Problems but go to Control panel and add a New Modem and Select as a Standad 110kpbs modem and install da driver

i think so but im not sure becouse im not Related with CDMA and actually i dont know more info . why dont u try calling there SLTNET Hotline They will help you Call 1234
