'Civilians die' in Afghan offensive!

At least 12 Afghan civilians have been killed during a major military offensive in the south of the country, the Nato-led military force said.

The victims died after a rocket hit their house on Sunday, the second day of Operation Moshtarak, which aims to wrest control of the town of Marjah and neighbouring areas in Helmand province from the Taliban.

But can this be true? U.S Army by accident killing civilians?

Nah... cannot be... only 3rd world armies are said to be inferior and make such mistakes with their age old Russian made stuff...

How can state-of-the-art military like US and UK could have made such a mistake? IMPOSSIBLE!

P.S: BTW! I strongly object questioning by UN regarding this!
