In any event this thread had nothing to do with betting or blood sport- you brought it up and I clarified your misguided notion/s. 1) my English is very readable....as can be proved by my many posts in EK...and to people replying back to them....

2) my original language is tamil (mother tongue)...but i perfect to use English...i use this form of English seen here as it more comfortable for me to use....for unexplainable reasons....

3) No i am from sri lanka....but i have traveled almost half the world...and know most of its ppl...and communities....the fact democracy is an illusion i learnt from the bright minds of people like George Carlin....and from intelligent blogs from the internet....

they took away that monk in dignity...and police fowl language is legendary....

i can still remember a more vile sentence uttered by a police man as he questioned a man who had stolen from my dad......

its not unsual for them to use that kind of language...important thing is...they still treated the monk with dignity....

and they were not arresting the monk WITH that man...the monk jumped in front to stop them arresting THAT man.....
