Cs more into theoretical. IT more into practical. CS is good if you are planning to go for higher studies. But only few get a chance to do the 4 th year degree in ucsc . Others will graduate with 3 year degree. Mora IT everyone will have a 4 year degree

which of the both do you recommend if we focus on a job ?

However, about 25% of people get the chance to do a 4th-year degree in the UCSC, which is one of the best CS degrees you can get here and salaries are par/better compared with CSE.
