We need electric shared Car service in order to reduce Colombo traffic jam and reduce pollution. Germany and Japan has those facilities. CMC should have public private partner ship with car manufacturer company and introduce with car manufacturer shared car services. All you need is a debit or credit card or mobile payment facility. CMC can reduce Cars entering and existing Colombo. Since people will more likely to use trains if transpiration of rail is improved and Colombo gets monorail.
