Colombo Public Library Help

guys does anybody know how to get the membership of colombo public library? is it only for the people residing in colombo?

dude i'm from kandy but i recently moved to colombo cuz of this new job that i've got.. do you think they'd allow me to become a member there? what documents do i have to produce?

හ්ම්ම්ම්...නෑ මචන් පිට පලාත් වල අයටත් පුලුවන්...කොළඹ කෙනෙක් නම් ඇප කාරයෙක් අත්සන් කළාම ඇති...ඒත් පිට පලාතක කෙනෙක්ට නම් රු 2000 ක තැන්පතුවක් තියන්න ඕන (ඩිපොසිට් එකක් ) ඊට අමතරව රු 500 ක සාමාජික ගාස්තුවක් ගෙවන්න ඕන අවුරුදු දෙකකට.. කවුන්ටරේ ඉන්න කාගෙන් හරි ඇහුවම විස්තර ඔක්කොම කියයි... කීයක් දීල ගියත් පාඩු නෑ මචන් මැරෙනකම්ම කියවන්න පොත් තියෙනව!
