Expolanka lost 60 cents to close at Rs 14.00.  Mr. Dhammika Perera was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Hayleys Plc with effect from July 20.  Hayleys Plc closed 6.50 higher at Rs 369.90. Hotel Sigiriya was up by 8.70 to close at Rs 80.40. Paragon (Ceylon) Plc was the biggest gainer today and closed at Rs 2690.00, up 790.00. CIFL IPO was oversubscribed on its opening day and closed at 4.30 PM as per the Prospectus. Foreign investors were net sellers with net outflow of Rs 119,959,155.00.</blockquote>
