    Heavy traffic involve in these areas.

    It's better if u make your trip late until rain stops.
    This is the heaviest rain since 1992, now counting 420mm.

    meh, just say not to come to colombo! virtually all roads in and out of colombo is covered there. :P

    lucky 2 live outside colombo....
    no floods, no smoke, no crowed, no traffic, no concrete forests, high speed internet ...etc :D
