You have to use WinRAR to open the .001 file, and then it will extract everything. Only one file is there.

"flt-cnc3.001" file is as the same as other files which are like "flt-cnc3.002" or "flt-cnc3.003". WinRar does not identify "flt-cnc3.001" as an achieve. There is nothing to extract out of it. It's just another file which is unidentified by windows.

C&C uses the newest and most demanding gaming engines . it's a strategy game and that makes it worse. OR u can turn the vid quality down and play it with pac man graphics

In FPS games, the CPU is usually not the bottleneck. But in this both the CPU and the video card are likely candidates.
