Computers A & B have IP addresses 12.0.0.100 and 12.2.2.200 respectively. Do these computers belong to the same network?

if its using class A default subnet mask of 255.0.0.0 then those two IP's belongs to the same network
but if they are using subnet mask of 255.255.0.0 or 255.255.255.0 then those two IP's belong to separate networks
