Ive been in the industry for more than 10 years. Its unfair to expect that kind of commitment from anyone. Due this terrible conditions its becoming hard to recruit people, and those who sign up, leave the jobs very soon. The worst part is, ability to work under pressure has become a requirement now.Why would anybody work under pressure?? if the their employees are continuously under pressure owners must take action to ease the pressure. Instead the are trying to recruit people who can take pressure.   </blockquote>
