Mate Phenom is not CRAP...Phenom is actually ruling the server market these days because phenoms are extremely fast at handling databases and other floating point operation heavy tasks, that's why Core i7 has a upgraded floating point unit, and the reason its not that fast on games, Core i7 is the intels answer for the Barcelona. and AMD has Deneb coming soon to compete with Core i7, and next in the line is Fusion, Fusion will spawn a desktop processor code named Bulldozer and that is a completely new Archtechture made from ground up. so please dont call the only reason you guys can get the latest from intel for current prices, Phenom is a elegant processor on every side. and Core i7 also is very well made.

From where did you bought a Q9550 for the price of a Core i7 920 (~250$), Im pretty sure 45nm Quads are not in SL, and if you did somehow got it from abroad why are you looking for TIM in SL market.
