One common complaint among many Counter-Strike players is a lack of blood in the game. Just shoot someone's face off? Why not have them fall into a pool of blood for it? The following download solves that problem. It is more commonly known among German Counter-Strike players, but far less known among the English speaking crowd.
The following screenshot is a demonstration:

Installation is simple - just rename decals.wad in your cstrike folder, then move either the unzipped decals.v1.wad or decals.v3.wad (the latter has even more blood in it) and rename it to decals.wad -- that's it! You're ready to see red! Enjoy!
