OK guys, Let me tell you guys some stories.
I don't know how you guys / girls will react to some of the stories that I am going to tell you from the 5 years I was practicing as a lawyer and the stuff I remember.
But let me see if I can keep this kind of threads up atleast for about a month.............or atleast till I run out of my memory on these. Cases which ended pretty quickly with unexpected twists and blunders
1 case per 1 day would be fine isn't it.?
Case : Sexually molesting a 12 year old girl
State Vs the Accused (accused had a pretty good lawyer)
Reading out the charge :
You are accused with sexually molesting an underage girl of 12 years old. Guilty or Innocent
Accused (ACC) : Innocent your honour
State Lawyer (SL) : Do you or do you NOT know this girl in question
Acc : I do not know your honour
SL : Where do you live ?
Acc : I live in (says an address)
SL : According to the police reports, she lives two houses next to yours
Defence Lawyer (DL) : Objection your Honour, the accused lives in a house covered with a parapet wall and his gates open to another side of the road, so he has no way of knowing or seeing this accused girl.
Lord Magistrate (LM) : towards the accused - so as you say you have no idea of who this girl is ? and has no way of knowing her?
Acc : No your honour
SL : In her report, the accused girl has claimed to be seeing a birth mark on your lower abdomen and police physical search on your apprehend has proved that you indeed carry one. How do you think she know that unless you have molested her
Acc : She might have seen while I am working in the garden your honour !
SL ; So you just said you have never seen her and your lawyer said you live in a house covered by a parapot wall and never have seen her !
DL : Objection my lord, the state counselor is trying to trick this innocent man
LM : Quite !! let the state counselor interrogate the accused.
SL : so, as you are saying, she might have seen while were working in the garden. And what matter should bring this little girl to your garden ?
Acc ; Oh !, these pestering family she belongs to always asks to burrow this and that petty things from my house and she must have seen while her way in to get something from my wife.
BY that !!!.. the defense lawyer stacked up his files and took off his glasses..and buried his head on the desk
SL : (with a chuckle). My Lord Magistrate, I assume you are well aware of the circumstances which this rape has taken place and the police report of this innocent girl, so let me not further ask any questions from this blabbering perverted FOOL
Lord Magistrate : laughs !!!!! ok Mr......... I will issue the verdict in 5 minutes
the Verdict was 15 years imprisonment with rigorous work
