Lesson to be learned !
In Law, the most minute and in-significant factor is enough to decide on which favoure the case turns.
so,
1. If the police charges you for smoking a "ciggeret" in the public, you can very well easily win your case by saying you were smoking a "beedi"
or a "suruttuwak"
2. If you want to "hit" someone, NEVER HIT on the road. or a public building. Get him to your own premises or LAND... and KILL HIM !!!.. then claim for self defence !!
vice versa
Never get into a brawl "inside a shop or someone elses premises" Get to the Road !!! otherwise, even if HE KILLS YOU !!!! your death will be in vain !
3. If someone comes to an argument with a weapon (knife, sword or gun) grab it from him and hit /shoot himself with the same. Then you can claim for self defence even if you are in a public place.
Because it PROVES that you were attacked "first" by the opponents weapon
There you go MATES.. SOME LAW points for you to make your lives more easy
