IF you are selected (I mean if you have gone through the online marketplace and even called for the online interviews with the companies (Crossover itself or the companies they have acquired - i.e. T3 companies), then it is confirmed that you have the job. If then you should have access to crossover worksmart and other dashboard metrics. I am not sure how Crossover works right now, but it had been a different process sometime back. Still not sure on how the HR system works in XO, it usually gives a virtual certificate kindof a thing as a proof of payment, but nothing manual.Working remotely is sometimes hectic. But gives you the option of getting a salary equivalent to an Architect or a Sr. Lead from Sri Lanka's industry perspectives. Only concern is that you do not have paid leaves, sick leaves, insurance. It would be just covering 40hr/week to get your earnings going and even in some cases there are shifts.</blockquote>
