machan 9800gt ekakata kochara watts onida???

A 400W or higher power supply with a current rating of 26A on 12V line.
Make sure your power supply can handle 26A on 12V most cheap supplies can't. Wattage is NOT the only concern !!!

ok i'm gonna buy

500W power supply, 4GB ram, Intel core 2 duo 2.8 Ghz, Nvidia Geforce 9800GT 1GB machan

CAN I PLAY CRYSIS WITH VERY HIGH SETTINGS WITH 1280x720 no anti-aliasing

Without AA you should able to run at much higher resolutions than that. Cos with 2xAA and High detail, it can run smoothly @ 1280x124 and even @ 1680x1050.

9800GT is the newer name of the 8800GT, but here's the diference:

The 9800GT has TRI WAY SLI Capability meanwhile the 8800GT not.
    9800GT SLI Better.
    The 9800GT has newer core.

Yes the 9800GT will be TOTALLY useful, because you will have TRI Way SLI (3 9800GT working together).

And you will have better performance in SLI technology if you want to add a 9800GT in the future.

Yep, 9800GT is kind of a relabeled 8800GT except for tri way SLI support; it might run a bit cooler and requires less power due to the new core. But single card performance is almost identical.

    Specs : 8800GT , 9800GT (no difference at all)

You can see some benchmark results here.
