JMicron controller didn't give better results. Well, it gave better results for random access, but sequential access scores were low. In the end, both controllers pretty much gave the same results :/

no no. i have selected the wrong drive (not in the benchmark, but on the results sheet)
It is the same drive as yours HD250HJ. btw it is not an F1. it belongs to S250 family, though I don't know what the difference is.
