This is issued by Imports Control Dept. For used laptops the duty is PAL 7.5% and NBT 2%.Transaction value is always the customs value. So the duty will be calculated accordingly.My advice is do not buy a used one as it is a hassle to go through the Import Control. If you really need a used laptop then ask someone to bring it by hand while coming to SL.</blockquote>
