CWC National Organizer R. Yogarajah and Deputy Minister and CWC member M. Satchithananthan told reporters a short while ago that they have resigned from the party to join the UNP and expressed support to Presidential Candidate Sarath Fonseka.
Speaking at a media briefing in Colombo, R. Yogarajah said that he had decided to join the UNP as recent elections had shown that the people of Indian origin are not supportive of the government of President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
