Can we fix a dash cam to internal power supply ( hidden) ?
don't want to fix it to Cigarette lighter port.

can you recommend a good place ?

Can. But first of all check your dash cam whether it runs in 12v or not.

Then connect it to backside of the Cigarette lighter port
