They use a system called Radius Authentication by Oracle to verify connection status, FUP checks, etc. So, they have configured it to run every 10 hours to apply FUP limit or disconnect the connection for non payment. It takes from 10 seconds to 30 seconds for Radius Authentication check and for releasing the current IP and assign a new one, it takes few more seconds. If you get a static IP, the IP reassigning time can be reduced, but still the Radius authentication will happen. No point of getting a static IP.</p></blockquote><p></p>
