Database help

Heyyy!! Can anybody please tell me an easy way to create a database for a bank like thing?? But except Microsoft Access!!!!

use Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008. you can create relationships, validations like a simple interface like access. MySQL is good, but the you ve to create implicit relationships. and it take time to adapt to it too.
