For a successful business you got to have some specific skills like management, leadership, knowledge about the field etc..
It’s good to have them even if you are doing a job but not essential or crucial like for your own business.

well not exactly but most of job leavers do that because they know they have developed the needed skills to start their own business. And they feel like like its low risk compared to the gains.

So mostly many ppl lack skills like management, leadership, communication, knowledge etc.. so without then they feel the risk of starting their own thing.
After they go to the job they learn them and feel low risk.

Anyway not satisfied with your job is only a one small reason to start a job. Because how much you hate the job if you feel like you don't have skills ,capital, a proper business plan etc.. you are not going to quit the job and start a business.
Basically you should be satisfied about your self and your capabilities.

market reaserch's prove dat point

but i think most people today are kinda wise cuz b4 starting a business they do Market researches n all so they can calculate what kind of Risk or is the market really suitable 4 them or not
