And they feel like like its low risk compared to the gains.So mostly many ppl lack skills like management, leadership, communication, knowledge etc.. so without then they feel the risk of starting their own thing.After they go to the job they learn them and feel low risk.Anyway not satisfied with your job is only a one small reason to start a job. Because how much you hate the job if you feel like you don't have skills ,capital, a proper business plan etc.. you are not going to quit the job and start a business.Basically you should be satisfied about your self and your capabilities.</blockquote>
