All the major manufacturers have different product lines. If you go for a Corporate Model - which comes with a 3 year factory warranty, then these are very reliable.
The other home market ones, you cannot really say one manufacturer is better than the other.
Then you decide the selection based on the price and the service that particular dealer can provide you.
I maintain a vast number of devices and I do get special 3.5 year warranty from several major manufacturers, very rarely these give trouble. It's mostly from physical & accidental damage (water &coffee spills etc) than other failures.
