I Honestly think "Ginigena Mihitale" which was nominated for best Special effects award was much better than "Ras vihidena.." which won the award. Because, if you watch it closely,

1. it's effects were well synchronised with music (I think its the most imporant thing in a music vid) , especially if you see the in the climax of the song camera shakes as the drums sound, nicely.

2. If u seen the bullet strikes, especially when the second shot hits the old person on his heart, it can be sen going through his body and hits the wall behind him.

3. Also by using right filters and stuff whole video is great to watch even though it has different video cuts through out the video.

Theres much more to be said but better watch the video it self closely if you dont trust me.

Even comparing Mithure kiyan and Pushpe/Mal sinduwa each other shows childish and amatureness of the judges.

Yeah u r rite man. bt glad Ayesh gt da award 4 Res Vihidena as well. He's Brilliant in putting Special Effects , if u notice the effects quality in Horhin Balanne Vid of Sureni. Hope it will gt da award next year in this specific category.
