It could be a PSU issue. Don't ever believe the crappy ratings they print. I always use Corsair, Antec, or Seasonic.
Don't crimp on the power supply. That's one of the most important parts in the system. I have heard about 1st Player products from Guanzhou. Not very positive.
As someone mentioned, a low quality PSU can fry your computer.
Forget Windows and run MemTest 86 from a bootable USB. See what happens.
