A few pointers.

1. Don't go for K CPUs without B85 motherboards. The best processor for a B85 is a 4570. If you are going K, get a Z87 and overclock.
2. Don't add coolers if you are not overclocing. No performance improvement.
3. Don't go for 8GB of RAM until you spend atleast 30k on the graphics card.
4. More RAM doesn't give better performance. 8GB is the maximum you should get. This is the biggest waste of money.
5. The i5 4670K overclocked is faster than a 4770K for gaming because the 4670K overclocks better.

For the 85k machine,
Get 4GB RAM and something like a R7 260X or GTX750. The R7 240 is very low end.

For the 150k machine,
Get an i5 4570, drop the cooler, and get a GTX760 or a R9 280.

For the 200k machine,
Get a 4670K, Z87 motherboard, and get a GTX770.

For the 300k machine,
8GB RAM and a R9 290X.
