Despicable Abans customer care services

    Last week I went to Abans show room in Galle with my wife to buy a Mini Hi Fi system.There was not any person to greet us or even inquired of our presence there though there were some hanging here and there.As we saw nobody coming to help us we signaled a person who appeared to be a helper.we asked him of several displayed set ups on the floor there. It seemed he had no idea of them, he just read out the RMS value of each sets. Then we asked whether we could have a leaflet of the setups so we could do make a decision later by reading out the details. He said NO leaflets. actually we noticed that he seemed really lazy or hungry or not happy of his job there.He never said even a word to get the sales done from us. He acted his best as to get rid off from us as soon as possible so he could get his lunch sooner.We were really annoyed and disappointed of this particular sales man.
    Anyway,Today we went to the show room and bought a Mini Music set up.I asked an assistant (different one) to unpack the box and show me how it works.The floor assistant opened the box and took out the main component of it and fixed it to power socket and showed me the power gets on of the set.then He started packing it again. I asked him to fix the speakers and let me hear the sound of the set. then he said that normally they were not doing that because it is troublesome as they have to take them out all.so just show the power ON to the customer.

    I was really surprised by his silly answer.Then I asked him how I make sure that it works well.Then he told me not to worry of that as I normally get a warranty so if something gets wrong I could return it and get replaced.

    So, This is the excellent Abans customer care services. Be careful, if you have any idea to buy something from them.

    පසුගිය සතියේ මම අබාන්ස් හෝටලයට ගිහින් ගාල්ලේ කාමරයක් මිනි හො Hi ෆීක් එකක් මිලදී ගන්නට ආවා. මට ඇරයුම් කරන්නවත්, අපිව මෙතැනට ආවේ නැහැනේ හිටියත් සමහර අය අපිට ආචාර කරන්නවත්, අපේ පැමිණ සිටීම ගැනත් විමසා බැලුවා. අපට උපකාර කිරීමට උපකාර කළ පුද්ගලයෙකුට සංඥාවක් ලෙස පෙනී සිටිමු. ඔහු ඔවුන් ගැන කිසිවක් නොදැන සිටි බවක් පෙනෙන්නට තිබුණි, ඔහු එක් එක් කට්ටල වල RMS අගය කියෙව්වා. එවිට අපි විමසනු ලැබුවේ අපට සකස් කළ අත්පත්රිකාවක් ලබා ගත හැකි හෙයින් එම තොරතුරු කියවීමෙන් පසු තීරණයක් ගත හැකි ද යන්නයි. ඔහු කිව්වේ පත්රිකා. සැබවින්ම අපි ඔහු කම්මැලි හෝ බඩගින්නක් හෝ ඔහුගේ රැකියාව ගැන සතුටු නොවූ බව පෙනේ. ඔහු අපෙන් ලබා ගත් විකුණුම් ලබා ගැනීමට වචනයක්වත් නොකියා සිටියේය. ඔහු ඉක්මනින් ඔහුගේ දිවා ආහාර ලබා ගැනීමට හැකි විය හැකි නිසා ඔහු අපෙන් ඈත් කර ගැනීම සඳහා ඔහුගේ උපරිම ක්රියාකලාප විය. මෙම විශේෂිත විකුණුම් මිනිසා ගැන අප කලබලයට පත් විය.
    කෙසේ වෙතත්, අද අපි ප්රදර්ශන කාමරය වෙත ගොස් මිනි සංගීත භාණ්ඩයක් මිල දී ගත්තා. මම සහායකයකු (වෙනත්) ඉල්ලා සිටිමි කොටුව ඉවත් කර එය ක්රියා කරන්නේ කෙසේදැයි පෙන්වයි. බිම් සහායකයා එම කොටුව විවෘත කර එය ප්රධාන සංරචකය ගලවා ගත්තේය එය සොකට් සඳහා එය සවි කර ඇති අතර මට කට්ටලය බලය ලබා දේ. ඔහු නැවත එය ඇසුරුම් ආරම්භ. මම කථිකයන් සවි කර එය කට්ටලයේ ශබ්දය ඇසීමට ඉඩ දුන්නා. එය සාමාන්යයෙන් ඔවුන් එසේ නොකරන බව ඔවුන් පවසා ඇත එය ඔවුන් සියල්ල ඉවත් කිරීමට ඇති වන ලෙස කරදරකාරී නිසා හා පාරිභෝගිකයා වෙත බලය පෙන්වීමට පමණක්.

    මම ඔහුගේ මෝඩ පිළිතුරෙන් පුදුමයට පත් විය. එවිට මම එය හොඳින් ක්රියා කරන බවට මම ඔහුගෙන් ඇසුවෙමි. එවිට ඔහු සාමාන්යයෙන් මට වගකීමක් ලබා දෙන ලෙස කණගාටු නොවී, එසේ යමක් වැරැද්දක් සිදු වුවහොත් එය නැවත ලබා ගත හැකි වනු ඇත.

    ඉතින්, මෙය විශිෂ්ට අබාන්ස් පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක්. ඔවුන්ගෙන් යමක් මිල දී ගැනීමට කිසියම් අදහසක් තිබේ නම්, ප්රවේශම් වන්න.

    If their attitude is this rotten before selling you the item imagine how bad their after sales service would be. :no:

    I'm in the market for a budget smartphone, one phone call to them was enough for me to know that they're not at all interested... :lol:

    Nah it's just that employees of most mega electronics shops such as Abans and Singer just don't have any drive to make a sale :no:

    Damro and Softlogic have much better employees in comparison IMO.

    Same kindda shit happened to me and my wife when we were at 3 sinha, nawala.
    It was not busy at all and there were sales kindda guys and I had to go to them and clarify about the things and I was literally invisible to them.
    Never man never I will step into 3 sinha again.
    P.S.
    Elcardo did the job and there was a better customer care.
