I mean, It is cheaper to buy weapons rather than making our own.

And those weapons, which are being destroyed are OLD weapons... (So useless)

When I was a Cadet, we used to have 0.22 riffles, and those weapons cannot be used during a war and those weapons were taken from JVP during THAT period
