machan if u didnt notice ela kiri is sponsored by Dialog KIT and im not sure how long they gonna let this post be online,thats the reason...and im not advertising anyone if ur interested in switching just read through the T&C carefully before signing because the T&C will screw u up if u r not careful...

Dont get angry mchan. I just joked. Any way in real situation they have bottle neck when they connecting base stations to backbone.

SLT dosent have it because they have a fiber ring all around the country.

Final result will be ur dialog adsl (Actually we cant say its a adsl. I dont know who ths idiot put that name on dialog wimax techology) Will be sloowwwwwwwwwwwww in busy hr.

And did u see thr FUP. It ill apply all thr broadband solutions.

im not angry at u macho...im just angry at these god damn service providers...

they just try to rip us off..!

the new Dialog ADSL or whatever does not have the FUP...but u might have it because u signed up for it...this new offer was published on 15/08/08. so u need to read through my post plus the links to understands what dialog is doin...im sorry i could not scan the brochure which states "unlimited download" and "smooth surfing" whereas on T&C they say they cannot guarantee any of those

U know machan. They are going to cheat again. First time they failed. because every body knw about fup. So now they telling nothing about FUP. They say speed upto 512.

That mean it can be 12, 134, or any.

Did u got my point.

Exactly if u read the frequently asked questions it says that they cannot gurantee a minimum speed....

"Q11: What is the minimum guaranteed speed?

A: There is no minimum guaranteed speed. Only the maximum speeds are specified."

in other words it can be zero as well...so u need to sit down and talk with someone before u can actually sign up for Dialog broadband...

I cannot agree to this point machan

SLT dosent have it because they have a fiber ring all around the country.

SLT does not have fiber backbone. all they have is copper MPLS. If SLT owns a fiber backbone there won't be issues while launching IPTV. SLT still couldn't managed to launch the product coz this bandwidth issue.

currently DIALOG has a Fiber backbone project going on.
