Everyone seems to be relying so much on  international sites. Hosted away from here. So this mean you are utilizing the country's international bandwidth (Beleive me its very expensive and the money goes away from country). On the other hand how much have you hosted and improved the local network content? If we have rich content we will be accessing local resources saving international bandwidth. If we can lower the international usage may be we can use the freed bandwidth for something productive. On the other hand if we have rich local content may be caching networks will develop here as well.Just a point to think about. Productive browsing....</blockquote>
