0 to 5GB = 7.2 Mbps
5GB to 6GB = 384 Kbps

For 9 days i dowload above 10 GB and still it goes to 63.2 KBPS (Kilobytes per second)

yep second one is some what correct, I heard this issues in some internet cafes... if someone download a lot, they slightly reduce speed.
(I don't need to argue with you! Bceause dialog is not my company.)
