Dialog PLC is charging customers for incomins calls to their primary customer care number. u can make two calls per month i think after dat all calls to the CCC(Customer care centre) will be charged including vat..:no:

i have been using dialog for many years now without changing my suscription to another nwetwork but im considering changing to another network now..
u know i dont care if they charge me a little more on my outgoing calls to other numbers but to charge for the customer help hotline is absurd..

it the highest disrespect a company can give its customers bcoz we call the CCC to know or resolve a situation concerning their service .. lets say there was sum problem with their service and i call the CCC they will chare me .. thats BS..:no::no:
they keep this up belive me their revenue gonna shrink more

peace;;

We pay for CCC and make call for slove some problem but problem is why we have to call them , most of their failures they blame us

some times we ask for their tecnical suport , change some settings, but some times they didn`t know any thing

and specially engineering team - they talk like goods,,
but if you ask how to configure ....@#@#@!#!#

reply was -- visit nearest branch... that's all ....................
