how do they call it 3.75?whats new?

dude Mobitel only provides 7.4Mbps downlink and 3.7Mbps uplink.

Guys I am a new member to this forum. I got Dialog Mobile Broadband unlimted connection day before yesterday. But I get a speed of 100Kbps with that.
But my signal strength says I am now in HSDPA Coverage with 97-99% signal.
Please help.
