DIalog GSM - poor service - complain to ceo

i am using 4 dialog conections .. coenction is very poor.

then they accepted my area have issue with over conenctions of tower. they saysi need to get external anterna but my bill should be 4000 lkr

i already utilized bills more than 4000

and when conenct to agent in whats app they quickly end the session.
no solution

so i found a way to escalate
