This change is for future & existing customers. And now also this is not a big problem, eventhough dialog claims 7.2mbps, all get less than 1 mbps.

7.2 mbps is only theoretical in HSDPA connections; A good ISP can only provide around 1 - 1.5mbps (Eg: Mobitel, Airtel), some other ISP's offer only less than 1 mbps (Eg: Dialog).

Now, only dialog realised & stopped cheating customers, its good. I am happy with it.
