I've paid for wi max broadband connection on 17th of jan 2013
they said they will give me the connection withing 4 days
I've called them on 21st, they said they will do the installations tomorrow (22nd)
I've waited whole day nobody came and called them again, again they said tomorrow
waiting waiting no one came
called again next day, the one who talked to me said "adala ansha wetha yomu karanawa sir, ikmanatama labei"
next day when I call they forwarded the call here and there, cut the line.
next time they transfered to technical division, the asshole who picked the phone said he doesn't know anything regarding these type of problems and transfered to customer care again. cut the line.
2 weeks gone no connection yet.
called again, they asking where did I paid and stuff, they asked me to complain them, LOL i've asked is this pradeshiya sabhawa or something? do I have to go where I've paid instead of calling customer care? transfered here and their disconnected.
next time my turn, shout shout

I went to Nawala Arcade (my ass) or something.
the one who handled my problem called here and their and went to talk to someone in the office and got back to me with nice answer
"Sir ape equipments na, ekai parakku wenne"
If they do not have equipments why they got money from me?
and once I've asked refund they said they'll do it withing 14 working days
WTF they done the bloody mistake and punish us. I said i want it right now, they said it's their procedure, but I haven't agree for something like that.
Still I haven't got my money yet.
another thing is for the connection they say it's Rs 5000 connection fee, I've asked the dumbo who talked to me in the first day 4 times is it including tax she said yes.
but when I'm going to pay bill is 6120, Rs1120 tax, I've asked what is this? she said that is tax sir,
again WTF
there were lot of people who complaining they pay bills without calling to anybody and even though they requested dialog to disconnect the phone.
