Dialog taken over by Airtel

the Dialog shares at its lowest at the CSE last fewdays and currently trading at 6.50 -6.75 rupees. analysts say that it will fall to 1 rupee. this would lead Airtel or Mobitel( now also a malaysian company) to take over this as market value of the company is well below.

Shares repurchase is a tedious procedure and not allowed except special occasions. but shares not required to be taken over. if Dialog Malaysia thinks that Dialog SL is not profitable( it is true heading to brankrupcy), then they will consider the offers. in that case company valuation will be done on the share price. hence the price will give dialog a low value. it indicates that Dialog may change hands
