Hello, I noticed something.. I'm a postpaid customer of Dialog GSM for over four years and I've been using Brick Size cell phones in the time people thought it was magic!, on the 18th of Last month my bill was a bit high so I went and paid it and then checked the calls I took from the My Dialog Service. I found that I was charged just over Rs. 10 per call  , I knew it was wrong because I was only suppose to be charged Rs. 7. So I contacted Dialog and they told me that indeed there was a problem in my bill as the Tax rate which is normally 30.33% was at 70%. They went on to say that there was a global billing issue. So however Dialog has failed to inform me or the other postpaid customers of the billing issue leading them to over pay the bill. When I inquired on why they don't inform of such a issue the girl who took the call said that "We inform those who call us and ask why" At a time were the people of our country is facing financial problems is it right for these people to have such problems in the billing system not inform people of the issue and making them over pay. At that moment I noticed that Dialog is trying to get a lot of money into there account for what ever hidden reason I do not know. And I feel we are victims of there hidden agendas. Soon after that, Dialog Launched the Life Time Discount and then the Per Second Packages which also seems to make people give more money to-wards Dialog. I contacted the Consumer Protection Authority regarding this matter and rest assured I will go to court against these people who think they can fool the people of our country and steal money from them but the thing is why do we have to sue them? Why shouldn't the Government sue them? Even if they corrected the bill the extra amount will be shown as over payment which means people lose the money in their pockets. And some who take loans to pay the bill end up paying interest for an amount that was not required in the first place. I have proof of this incident. Dialog or any other company should never play with their customers because we trust them not too. Thanks
