for the first time after we bought the Dialog TV connection, today I turned on the Rupavahini channel and it seems to be blocked during the IIFA broadcasting time 
I hardly watch tv and very very hardly select the rupavahini channel if I turn on the television. (Due to some personal interest issues, i hardly find anything interesting in rupavahini channel)
today, i turned on the Dialog TV connection and tried to put the rupavahini on (like, for the first ever time in my life)to see whats happening in the IIFA scene..... and guess what???? its freakin blocked on the dialog tv during the IIFA broadcasting time...
i just found something interesting after ages of digging a garbage hole, and then i got to know that i'm not allowed to pick it up...
