As of November 09, 2007, the website was shut down with a placeholder page stating:

"The CRIA threatened the company renting the servers to us, and because of this it is not possible to keep the site online. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding."[9]

According to the Demonoid IRC channel, the tracker is still working, and they expect the site to be back up soon:[10]
