Good people also die as well as the bad people. Islam never said that a Muslim could never fall in sick! If it said so,  may be there something logic in your question. But Islam has never said so.According to Islamic belief, the life in this world is considered as an exam. In an exam, the student would answer to the questions incorrectly. Teacher will see this and he will be quit. He don't go to him, and try to help the pupil. Then will you say to the teacher, that he doesn't know the answer to those questions because of not helping the pupil. No ! The teacher know everything. He is being quit because the pupil's own wellness. A baby try to walk and would always fall down. Again the baby wake up and try to walk. Father will be looking all these things and he also knew that the baby would fall again. will any one say that the father doesn't poccess the ability to carry the baby or he doesn't have mercy and love because of not catching the baby when falling. You want do so ! The father who knows about his baby, he is training him to face the world.</blockquote>
