lot of ppl wrk n colombo ( colombo = town )....... bt ur home z far away ( village side )........ den if u want to buy thngz, u can buy dem from cargills food city & u r on the way to home............

Interesting & nice thread... we as consumers must always be aware what we are getting into.... because we pay for our products and we deserve to know what we are getting and the truth.. and ultimately we'd have to be not just a consumer.. but a SMART CONSUMER to benefit from the industry

About Dialogs 2MB & 4MB packages.. they are way too expensive!!

They are giving so called "Mail Boxes" and "Web space" to JUSTIFY the fee!! Utter ridiculous!!

10MB Web space and 10 Mail accounts!! how many of you really using it!!

About Contract Signing (well.. here there's no option for us.. but this is the truth)

Oya line eka gannakota 1 year contract sign karanna oni, between that time I think you are not allowed to downgrade your package!! or terminate... if terminate you have to pay for the whole year!!!

Company benefits in many ways!! Mostly...

1. they keep thier customers bonded for 1 year whether they like it or not.

2. In the future (maybe from 6 months from now) the same package will be cheap as the industry's bandwidth increasing.. who knows when suddenly 10MB appears your same package rental will go down.. so all people will terminate their current package and go for the new rate in the same package.. so to discourage this you have to sign 1 year minimum!!!
