The single ‘Reserved’ featuring Bonekilla, will be the first song launched by Dinesh from his brand new solo album ‘Thamila’, which will be launched next year 2008. The song ‘Reserved’ is produced by DJ Scorpio who is one of the best DJs found in Sri Lanka. The recordings were done at ILL Noize and Audio Lab. A Special thanks would go to Bingu (Pushpe Aiya) and IRAJ. The song is basically about three guys having a good time in a bar having a blast with a bottle of Alcohol and the discussion they have while that time.

THE ALBUM – THAMILA
The album ‘Thamila’ is Dinesh Kanagaratnam’s first debut album right after his project ‘Cross Culture’ with Gajan Maheson, which reached the masses of Sri Lanka. Die-A-Tribe Entertainment and SCP Mad Beat productions will be producing and directing the album, Dinesh will be also working along with Iraj who launched his second album ‘Aloke Chapter 02’ this year 2007. The Album ‘Thamila’ will be launched under Universal Music and M-Entertainment. Dinesh introduced himself to the industry as a vocalist by mixing hip hop with ethnic south Indian flavour and now his kick starts his rap and R&B Career with his new album ‘Rebirth’. The album will be launched next year June 2008 Asia wide.
Dinesh on his own words:
After the release of my first album “Cross Culture”, after all the concerts I played and through all the good and the bad experiences I have had, I have realized that the Srilankan audience need something more than what we have provided them. Through ma next album “Thamila” I’ll be experimenting a new style of Tamil music with the influence of hip hop and R&B to take my fans to the next level. Its not gonna be a easy walk, but I have the confidence and I know I will make it, so I don’t think im taking a risk, im just pushing myself to do what is right.
