I'm really disappointed about Commercial bank - Nugegoda branch. I was with commercial bank last 5 years in business. I'm having a good transactions with them.
But for a small thing they are rejecting cheques. Them staff also not loyal with customers. They don't have any friendly service. Specially Nugegoda branch Manager and his assistant manager too bad.
Someone told me the manager blaming on his customers. I'm really wondering why they don't want run a proper business .
So I decided to go with a another Bank. I'm highly advising you don't go with commercial bank. Better to find a another bank.
